Pretty solid place if you need somewhere to stay. When I arrived, the door was sticking and wouldn’t shut properly but I contacted the host and he came and took it off the hinges and reinstalled it for me. There was a considerable amount of clutter in the closets and some of the drawers but nothing that would be too much of an issue if you just need somewhere to stay. The building itself is pretty outdated, however the location is AMAZING! You could literally walk out the door and have your feet in the sand on the beach within a 2-3 minute walk. You can actually see the ocean from the bedroom window a little. I would definitely stay here again! I checked out early due to other arrangements but the place was fair for the price. The hosts seemed nice when we met a bit on the first day, however the response was quite slow when I asked some important questions about the unit like how to lock the door when you’re not inside of the place but I figured it out with a quick google search.

Unfortunately I have given a 1⭐️ due to the cleanlinessness of this property. We were only there for one night get but the mattress has horribleble stains along with all of the pillows and even the comforter on one of the beds. The chair in the dining room area is taped together bc it is broken Ken. The other broken furniture is in the only closet in the bedroom. There was mildew in the shower along with hair from a previous guestedt. Upon checkout I reported the items to the host who advised a previous guests trashed their home and they didn’t have time to correct everything before we checked in. The location is everything! It is a prime location and an amazing place if you out have to be at the convention center or want to go to the beach. I have reached out for a partial refund due to the lack of cleanliness of the facility and was advised if I was a 5 star experience go to a 5 star hotel. I’m very disappointed and advised the host if these things were fixed we would use stay again.

This was a good getaway. MJ was very attentive and I had everything I needed in their place. Location is awesome with the ability to be walkable or easily drivable. I will hopefully have the chance to stay again.
