Fabulous villa. Quiet location - not at the centre of things but that's what we were after. James uses a locally based, English speaking company to manage his holiday lets. They were excellent. Happily recommend this villa and love this part of Spain.

We had a great time and of course perfect placed for San Roque golf. Friendly community / friendly and helpful neighbours / stunning ;large welcoming house/ all in all - " we'll be back!" :)

We spent a lovely family Christmas at San Roque. The Villa is in a lovely, quiet road, has great access to the San Roque Club, and then is a short drive to Sotogrande, for restaurants, supermarkets, beach etc. The Jacuzzi in the garden in winter is a lovely feature. Pauline was very friendly, and we were very impressed with the super quick response in sending the handyman to attend to the washing machine that was not working. Would definitely recommend this villa, and hope to visit again.

We travelled as a family group to see the Solheim Cup about 20mins away. An ideal location for travelling and on a great estate at San Roque. Having a hire car was essential to get around and this was an ideal base. The swimming pool was fantastic and the outside eating areas were great. We were not inside very much but there was plenty of space for everyone, the bedrooms were all of a good size, as was the living space, and all had a good week there. We would definitely stay at this villa again when in that area.
