The positives: The space has a good location, and the rooftop is a gem. The host is easy to communicate with, and there are some things to do within a close walk. Big Note: you can see the beach from the apartment but you can’t swim in that water. There are some issues that may be worth addressing: 1) the AC is moderate at best; 2) the space could be better appointed, the kitchen is understocked (despite having a microwave, no plates were microwave safe), and there was not enough TP provided for 2 days; 3) the bathroom is difficult to access, coming from an awkward hallway between the bedrooms; 4) the door to the apartment is very sticky and bent, which meant an older member of our party couldn’t open or close it; 5) there was some random clutter around the apartment, including in closets; 6) parking is secure, but very very tight. Bigger cars will struggle to fit. However, the host was very kind about this and let us park freely because the second space was unused during our stay.
