Lovely modern flat. Easy drive into Queenstown and Arrowtown. Clear and quick communication with host. We especially liked the picture windows in lounge and bedroom offering magnificent views of surrounding mountains. Plus some nice coffeee places two minutes walk away.

This was such a wonderful place to stay! The unit was very well appointed and had everything I needed during my stay. The staff was reachable by phone when I needed something. There are heated towel warmers and heated tile floors in the bathrooms. The views of the Shotover River are amazing. The Onsen Hot Pools are a quick walk behind the property. I loved having a washer/dryer in the unit; it was so nice. I loved being able to go home with clean clothing. you are only about 10 minutes from downtown Queenstown, which is the meeting point for the majority of the excursions like bungee jumping, boat tours (speed and steam), and hiking. The Gin Garden is across the parking lot. The building was quiet, but I did visit during the off-season right at the beginning of summer, so I'm sure there is hustle and bustle during the winter when people are in town to ski/snowboard. the unit itself seems pretty soundproof. I heard NOTHING while I was inside. Very solid!

Such an excellent place to stay! We loved how gorgeous the surroundings were, a great view from the living room and bedroom! Better than the pictures! Very ideal location (10 min to Queenstown without actually being in the hustling bustle of the downtown). There were plenty of dining options nearby and onsen hot pools down the street Only complaint is that there were barely any basic needs (no oil, salt or pepper and only enough toilet paper to get you through half the stay). Never had this issue before but loved staying here regardless.
