This is a fullly equipped brand new two bedroom apartment suitable for families or friends wishing to stay in the same apartment. The bedrooms have brand new comfortable queen size beds with cotton linens for your comfort. Each bedroom has a large window that has blackout blinds for sleeping. The kitchen and living area is open concept, with a large 4 person wood dining table and a comfortable couch for relaxing or watching tv. The TV is a smart TV which you can use to stream from Netflix. The space is very modern and simple, made to be comfortable and stylish at the same time.

We had a nice vacations on Sarah’s apartment. The location is near to everything and we were good with the noise at night. The only thing we struggled was the power that went out frequently in the apartment and surrounding areas.

This apartment is in prime location as it is right in the center of town. We are about a 1 minute walk to the popular beach and surf area Playa Carmen. Within 50 meters of our building, we have supermarkets, banks, bakeries, restaurants, coffee shops, surf shops and atv rentals.
This apartment is in the center of town within walking distance to most places. If you were intereseted in doing some exploring to other towns, I would recommend renting an ATV for a half day or 24 hours. There is a public bus that passes by our apartments daily a few times a day, this bus goes to North Santa Teresa, Mal Pais and Cobano.
