I enjoyed my stay at April's place. Very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Nice for a big group.

April’s place was beyond amazing!! My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay.

The stay worked out but there is a lot of things that need maintenance. First the listing is not accurate. There is no L shaped couch, the rooms are smaller than the pics and the bonus room was not accurate. And there is no queen beds, they are all doubles. The cleanliness was bad. There was dust on the fridge, crumbs and trash between the couch cushions and paint dust all over the hard wood floor And there is a smell of smoke in the living room. The beds and the bathroom were the cleanest parts. The part that freaked us out the most was the house says it’s protected by ADT but if you look at all the windows and the doors the wires are cut on them. And don't get me started on the neighbors rooster farm. Overall It was accommodating to our group, but the place needs maintenance.
