We had a very pleasant stay at Nicola’s place. Nicola is super nice and went out of his way to help us with storing the luggage before check in. He’s always super responsive and gave great local tips. We loved all the restaurants, cafes and gelato places he recommended. His place is very comfy and located in a nice area. Will definitely recommend!

This place is a gem - right outside all the tourist craziness in a cozy local neighborhood but a 20min walk to anything you'll want to visit in Florence. The space is clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen and dining area is especially cheerful and bright, we enjoyed breakfasts watching the swifts fly about in the distance. Nicola is an amazing host, super responsive and always there with a helpful suggestion or anything you need. We'd stay here the next time we're in Florence.

We had a wonderful stay. Apartment is beautiful and spacious. Location is very good, close to all but away from busy traffic arias. Nicola is a wonderful host, friendly, helpful and accommodating.

This place is amazing and meets every expectation and more. I can not recommend it enough. Nicola is a fantastic host with many local recommendations and helpful offering assistance making reservations or bookings on our behalf if required. Flexible check in with our flight being earlier than expected. Very responsive to contact. We found the home to feel so welcoming from the start and just perfect for our stay. Comfy bed, big warm shower, bath sheets (not tiny towels). Everything super clean. We enjoyed being able to wash and dry our clothes during the stay. The location with surrounding restaurants, supermarket, shopping, walking distance to the centre of town but located in a quiet corner of the apartment block overlooking a courtyard and protected from traffic noise. The neighbourhood felt safe and we really enjoyed getting to know it with just over one week of staying here. Will absolutely come back if we are ever in Florence again.

Loved staying here! Very clean and comfortable. Away from the tourists area, but close enough to walk to major sites…Would highly recommend!
