La estancia fue muy cómoda, hermosa vista a la playa, la casa muy espaciosa, buenas áreas comunes para convivir con la familia, excelente para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas con la familia.

Fue increíble hospedarnos en Black Pearl ,fueron pocos días pero la pasamos genial ,la vista era maravillosa y la casa muy linda y súper equipada ,Dan una persona muy atenta y amigable ,regresaremos en próximas vacaciones .

Black Pearl is cool, the open plan living room/kitchen very comfortable, beds great, the wrap-around porch provided an escape from wind. Loved the location; choose beach or desert walks. Due to no fault of the host there was daily construction noise from next door and it was cold and windy the whole time. An indoor wood-fired oven kept the living room/ kitchen area reasonably warm if you kept the fire going; it used a fair amount of wood (not cheap) which we had to drive 32km round trip to purchase (2 pieces of wood were provided). We lost power (and thus water) the last night and it came on automatically the next day as indicated. Although the house was otherwise spotlessly clean the silverware had to be washed, there was food stuck in the potato peeler, there was no saucepan with a lid (we used a frying pan as a lid), there were only 3 soup bowls and 1 wineglass. None of this kept us from having a good time. Dan, the host, responded very quickly to any correspondence.

The house and location are in a very beautiful location. The house is fully equipped with all amenities. If you are planning on visiting this area keep in mind they are all on solar. That being said a home with proper solar can run air conditioning. This home does not at this time have air conditioning. Which at certain times of the year are not necessary. Do not stay in a home in this area without it after April or May. The temperatures this July were 104-109 and the house inside is hotter than outside.
