Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with our host or the house we were placed in. Due to a mix up on the hosts part, we didn’t stay in the originally booked house and were placed in another property in the community. Over all the community is beautiful, however the house we were placed in was nothing like the pictures of what I booked nor the quality promised by the host due to the mix up. We were told we were “making out better” because the house we were placed in was better than what we booked. That was not the case at all. When we arrived and checked in, it was obvious this home wasn’t maintained well at all. Mold in the vents in the bathrooms, tiles broken in the floors, the stairs cracked, shifting and taped together. Very few towels, cheap and low quality bedding. Multiple lights out, plugs not working and roaches in the window sills. The host was not responsive to pictures and messages. Just not the quality I paid for with the original home. We feel very taken advantage of.

The house is spacious and in a beautiful location. It is also near Wildlife Center. You can walk to the beach and it is very quiet. The house needs a little TLC, but it was clean and comfortable. Patti responded quickly to our needs and was very helpful!

First, I want to start by saying the location on this place is absolutely phenomenal! I loved that we could walk to the beach and walk to the pool. Everything we wanted was right there. The size was perfect for our party of 5 adults and 3 children. We loved this unit because of the location. Sadly, the carpet had not been vacuumed before our arrival, there were chip crumbs and fruit snacks on the floor. Under the couches had not been cleaned a long, long time. There was a large amount of mold in multiple places, mostly because of lack of maintenance (from what I saw). For example, mold on the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom directly below the faucet that wasn't installed properly in the upstairs bathtub. The unit says it houses up to 10 people, but then doesn't have enough silverware for 10, but says it's got everything needed. The door between units was like paper. Overall, nothing ruined our stay and the location was phenomenal, but I'd find a different unit next time.

We loved the condo! Yes, it's outdated but the view makes up for it. The private deck was amazing especially at night. It's close to the beach and you have everything you need within distance. Great place to stay. We will definitely be back.
