Received extremely great and friendly service. Will highly recommend the place to anyone who needs to stay over at De Aar. We arrived late and left very early again the next morning so couldn't take in the surroundings. But the self catering unit was so clean, neat, and looked exactly as the photos. They also gave enough information before hand to prepare us for the stay over. Thanks for your excellent service.

A emergency trip to De Aar had us urgently looking for an efforable yet spotlessly clean accommodation De Herberg Lodge did not disappointment. A warm welcome before we settled into our cozy yet spacious accommodation. All staff were super friendly. The food was value for only and very delicious. The garden at reception is gorgeous and highly recommended for a relaxing and tranquil experience.

Very clean, neat and cozy little family home. Everything was perfectly clean, good coffee offered and shower / bath facilities was perfect. Had a great stay - even if only for one night. Would highly recommend starting here.
