Spacious three-room apartment of about 70 square meters is on two levels: on the lower floor there is a living room with a large window opening onto the sea-view terrace, the kitchen, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower; the upper attic floor is composed of a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a third bed (cot), bathroom with shower and solarium. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. We offer discount for the reservation of the ferry ticket. From the apartment you can reach the village with a few minutes' walk, without using the car. The building has an outdoor area for outdoor dining and relaxation, and you can also take advantage of a shared swimming pool of about 110 square meters, with a sea view in a panoramic position. The swimming pool will open from 25/05/24.

Appartamento molto Spazioso a Porto azzurro, posizione rialzata rispetto al centro storico. Vista fantastica sul porto e sulla piscina. Terrazza esterna ampia.
Un bellissimo appartamento dotato di ogni comfort. Spazi comuni comodi e piacevoli. Balconata splendida con tende parasole e tavolo con sedie dove, ogni mattina, facevamo colazione.Posizione ottima con una magnifica vista su Porto Azzurro. Piscina pulita e fresca. In giro per l'isola d'Elba alla scoperta delle sue spiagge . Nel complesso ottimo
Logement idéalement situé dans le village, résidence très bien entretenue avec une grande piscine à débordement nettoyée chaque jour. Vue imprenable sur le port et la magnifique baie de Porto Azzurro. L’appartement est assez spacieux et dispose d’une grande terrasse très agréable. Séjour parfait !
