We had a great stay at this home! The pictures were very accurate; beautiful pool, lovely big rooms and an overall modern, spacious house. Carolyn was responsive and friendly. The space was clean and had new furniture, comfy beds and tasteful decorations. We loved the thoughtful groceries left for us and the kids toys were very family friendly. Night lights in the bathrooms were handy for the kids. It was close to a cafe and an amazing bakery and only minutes from Park Beach. The neighbourhood was peaceful and beautiful. We recommend to everyone looking for a relaxing holiday house that’s close to lots of activities. Thanks Carolyn for a great stay!

Out of all of the AirBnB locations that we have stayed at, this property well exceeded our expectations! Absolutely everything was thought of and catered for! This home was spotless and modern, extremely well equipped and spacious beyond expectations. We had intentions to purchase a surfboard locally, but had no need as there was one available to use at the home that our 10 yr old son had a ball on and was catching waves by the end of our stay….. Our favourite area to spend our time was on the back deck which was comfy and spacious also. The beach is a short walk away, and even closer was the Hoey Moey which we spent many a night. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable with ample bedding supplied. Bathrooms are all amazing with waterfall showers that are welcomed after a day on the beach. We cannot recommend this property enough. Absolutely no one could possibly be disappointed with this incredible property and the most thoughtful hosts! We can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful home with almost everything you can think of. Loads of space, walking distance to the beach, outdoor shower was a great idea, lots of games for kids, kitchen was well stocked, spotlessly clean. The only thing that would make it perfect would be to have a clothes dryer but we were provided with indoor clothes line for those rainy days.

Carolyn was an amazing hostess. She was responsive and very generous. The unit was fantastic and suited us perfectly, giving us plenty of space and also plenty to do when we were at home (between beach trips and visits to restaurants/cafes). If you are looking to visit the Coffs Harbour area, you should try to book this unit! Very highly recommended.
