Nicoles property is absolutely beautiful. She keeps the property in pristine condition. It is immaculately laid out the perfect spot for a little getaway. It has all the amenities you could ever require. The master bed is super comfy. The balcony is perfect for an afternoon cheeseboard. It’s in a prime spot walking distance with views of the beach. It’s also above a great spot for a drink/food and close to local cafes. Nicole is a great host and super accomodating she provided fresh bread and a bottle of milk for coffees. She is super responsive to messages. I would highly recommend her property to anyone and will definitely be back ! You won’t be disappointed staying here !
Nicole's apartment is in a great location, next to some nice shops and restaurants, and of course the beautiful North Beach. The unit is well-appointed and comfortable - the central AC was a relief as there were very hot days! Would recommend!
Fantastic location, and exactly as described. The apartment was walkable to beach, had strong AC, and a nice patio to enjoy outdoor space (and hang out wet laundry!). Perfect for our family of four.

I have been a host on airbnb in 2019 until Covid happened then started to host my entire apartment for the month of December in 2022. It's now rented for the best part of 2023 and will start again on Airbnb towards the later half of the year. My apartment is truly in the best spot of North Beach and everything you need is literally a 30 second-3 min walk away. Perth's food, bar and social culture has evolved so much over the years. You will find a fair bit on the street and also the coast - which will be a single street away from you! I love exploring new restaurants and cafes so I will always be on hand to provide the best recommendations to make your Perth stay a memorable one!
