We loved our stay at the Dunaway lodge. It was exactly as described: spacious, comfortable, and accommodating.

We used the Dunaway Lodge at Kirkmont Camp for our Winter Retreat, and it was perfect! The lodge was perfectly set up for youth groups. The Kirkmont staff were also kind enough to allow our group to utilize the other amenities within the camp. Would 100% recommend for any youth group. Because of this Winter Retreat, our teens were able to escape and connect with each other, and Kirkmont played a HUGE role in making that happen. Hope to come back again soon!

Peaceful, quiet, and a nice getaway! We spent my daughter’s birthday here with a couple of her friends. They were able to have fun and be kids while the adults relaxed. The scenery is beautiful! It is a camp, so expect some imperfections here and there- that is part of the character and fun! Enjoy your stay, I know we did! I was a bit unsure where to find the bedsheets- they are in the closet in the living room area (blue storage bins) 😊

This was a cute little cabin but you do get what you pay for. There were lots of ticks in the toilet so we weren’t able to use the bathrooms. The kitchen and living room were big enough for the 16 people we had which was awesome. The beds were also pretty nice.

We returned to Dunaway Lodge on our way back from vacation. The woods are beautiful this time of year. This place is a great alternative to booking several hotel rooms for our large family. We'll come back if we ever again need an overnight place to stay in this area. Simple, camp accommodations. Lots of property to use as well, including trails. Flashlight tag is a family favorite and this was a great place to play tag.
