Reasonable property in an excellent location, lots of amenities within walking distance and conveniently located close to multiple bus stops and the hospital. The host was on holiday at the time I asked questions, but was quick to contact me when she had returned, was very friendly and answered questions thoroughly. All amenities as listed were present although no basic requirements for the functioning of the amenities was provided, washing powder, salt, pepper, cling film, etc. The property is clearly more geared towards weekend stays rather than anything longer with the expectation that you won't really need to use the accompanying amenities too heavily; as I stayed about a week it became quickly inadequate. We were moved to the top floor on notice due to an elderly couple wanting to extend their stay who had experienced a flooding at their house. The top floor apartment was not particularly well maintained, some cushions and towels were stained and there were cobwebs throughout.

Fulwood Heights was a sanctuary for me after daily visiting of my partner who was poorly in hospital. I could have a great shower and watch Netflix, which I don't have at home, and forget my troubles for a while. The bed was super comfortable and despite everything I managed to sleep well. Commuting to the hospital was easy by bus or on foot. The flat is tastefully decorated and furnished with everything required for a short stay. The washer dryer was very useful. Julie, the property manager, was sensitive to my situation and very helpful. Should the occasion arise, I would not hesitate to rebook

Had a lovely stay here! Check-in and check-out was super easy and seamless. The place was really clean and had all the amenities for a week+ stay. Will definitely be staying here again. The host was super responsive as well. I had some trouble with my key getting stuck and messaged about it worrying that I was going to miss my shift, she responded called me literally within 1 MINUTE and had it sorted for me. Also, I think the only reason I had trouble with the key getting stuck was because I’ve got pretty weak arms haha, but I was so happy I was able to get guidance right away.
