Anita’s studio was perfect. It is cozy, clean, has everything you need. The neighborhood is cute and walkable. Anita was great with instructions, always available for communication, and very thoughtful about the guest’s stay. I will definitely book it again.

Anita is a lovely host. She’s responsive and provides ample instruction / suggestions. Her place was very nice, with in unit controllable A/C, a kitchenette, and a sit-stand desk. The main reason I chose this place was for the convenience of the sit-stand desk. The additional screen is also helpful, and it acts as a small monitor / TV. The AirBNB is quiet and comfortable, I would recommend anyone who needs somewhere to work during the day to consider this lovely place. I stayed for ~4-5 days. Wi-fi is mostly solid but can occasionally stutter on video calls; it wasn’t an issue most of the time for me. Do note that the bed is quite firm, for those who prefer softer beds, and that the unit is up a flight of stairs as shown.

I loved this place!! The space itself is cozy, the bed comfortable, and above all, the neighborhood can't be beat. One of the best spots in LA to stay in my humble opinion. Anita was wonderful. Extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I'd recommend this space to anyone.
