Gorąco polecam! Cisza, spokój! Ogród olbrzymi, dostępny basen i jacuzzi z podgrzewaną wodą. Dom bardzo dobrze wyposażony, nie brakowało niczego. Obsługa super, bardzo przyjazny właściciel, szybko odpowiada.

Herzlichen Dank an den besten Gastgeber! Wir waren von A-Z zufrieden und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Milenko war hilfsbereit, nicht aufdringlich und einfach sympathisch. Das Haus war einwandfrei und das Grundstück ist besonders für Hunde perfekt. - wir waren selbst mit 2 großen Hunden da und das war absolut kein Problem! Gastfreundlichkeit wird hier groß geschrieben. Wir haben ein Willkommens sowie Abschiedsgeschenk erhalten - einfach wow! Ein Geschäft des täglichen Bedarfs ist nur 800m entfernt und das Personal dort sprach sogar deutsch! Ein Restaurant ist 2,5Km entfernt und auch dort war preis Leistung wirklich super. Alles in allem ein super Komplettpaket!! - wir würden immer wieder kommen :-)

Perfect Place for families and dogs <3 Milenko is such a friendly and heartwarming Host. He welcomed us personally with water, wine and fruits and even had a present for goodbye. The House is very modern inside and everything was like described. There are 2 possibilities to eat outside (with sun and shadow). Our dog loved to run in the huge yard (completely with a fence). There is a lot for having fun (Billard, trampoline,…). There was a small hairdryer, the grill was ready to start with Barbecue cole and lighter and we could use the washing mashine. The beds are cozy, the kitchen is good equiped (Tea, Salt, Pepper, self produced Olive Oil,..). The wifi is working good. The best thing was the private Hot tub. It was hot, the waterquality good and you can watch the sunset. The big Pool is not heated but a good a refreshment. Its only a 20-40 minutes drive to Rovinj, Pula, Pazin or Bale. It was perfectly quiet and relaxing so we are definately coming back :-)

My partner, 2 year old son and I have spent a thoroughly enjoyable week at Milenko's property. Milenko was excellent, he met us at the house and showed us everything we needed and he had even gone out to purchase pool toys for our 2 year old which was far beyond what we expected! We had an issue with the lighter for the barbecue on the Sunday and Milenko came straight over with a lighter. On leaving the property Milenko brought us some gifts and a cuddly whale for our son, which he loves. Milenko is by far the best host I have come across and it was a pleasure to meet him. The property is in a quiet location with large fenced grounds overlooking olive trees (olive oil in the house from the trees) and woodland. The rear terrace is a sun trap and a beautiful spot to watch the sunsets and is a real gem of the property. The house is part of an old larger property which Milenko explained belonged to his grandmother. The pool area is surrounded by lavender and is private and there are no other properties in the nearby vicinity. The house itself was spotlessly clean and has aircon throughout. The kitchen is a little on the small side if you plan on cooking large meals but it is definitely a minor point from what is a beautiful property and you make it work. You are 10 minutes from a large good supermarket and 20 minutes to the beach. We would definitely return to Milenko's property as we had an amazing, enjoyable week and Milenko ensured we had just that!
