Hanna fue muy amable de contestar rápido y recibirnos en tiempo record. Nancy nos recibió y su atención fue de primera. El departamento moderno, bonito, limpio y con todo lo que necesitábamos y ubicado a unas 4 cuadras del malecón . Pude dejqr mi auto en la calle sin problemas. El único inconveniente fue el ruido de la calle y de los otros huéspedes aunque entiendo que eso está fuera de control de la host.

My first problematic experience, after using Airbnb for 4+ years. Problems listed below - (1) Host asked for additional money to be paid in cash, not included in the original price of Airbnb. Weeks after our confirmation and when other options were already sold out in the area, the host called my phone and asked that I pay $125 in cash because “prices changed”. I asked her to put this in the app and she said it is not possible. In our last day, her helper threatened us that if we don’t pay this amount she will make sure we have problems in immigration while leaving Peru (evidence available). (2) Apartment messy upon arrival and very noizy surroundings. Additionally, warm water not available at any point during our stay. (3) Landlord disappeared the day of the checkin. Although she verbally confirmed that we can checkin around 7-8pm, at the day of the checkin, she asked to pay additional $50 to her helper that she waited for us. We refused. Complete scam, please be careful.

We had a few pleasant family days at the property, Mrs. Nancy who received us is charming, friendly and helps with everything. We will be back, highly recommended

El lugar tiene una muy buen ubicación, cerca al mar, caminando o en auto. La vista desde la terraza es hermosa! No tuvimos mucha suerte con los demás huéspedes, pues algunos no respetaron el orden asignado para cada familia en cuanto al uso de la piscina y las zonas que correspondían a cada familia. Después de eso, todo bien , el departamento tiene todo lo necesario y son amplios. La comunicación con el anfitrión 10/10 Luis y Hanna siempre estuvieron atentos a todo lo que necesitáramos. Recomiendo el lugar y espero poder volver pronto!
