communication was outstanding, even when we wanted to add a day to our reservation with only 24hr notice. amenities were excellent and the place was lovely and well equipped. we absolutely will look at staying here again in the future. One item worth noting. There is only the one small bathroom for the whole place, so it might be a stretch to get the timing right if you had 6 adults using all 3 bedrooms. It was only my wife and I so no issues for us. Great area to walk, lovely neighborhood and a pretty quiet street. absolutely worth every penny.

Beautiful historic house in a very quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Very clean. Darryl is extremely responsive and answers back quickly. I liked having a washer and dryer on site. Only negative was lack of storage space in the bathroom but not a huge deal. Overall, very nice stay.

Greta place and great location. Close to shops and coffee. Great area to walk in mornings. Not much closet space or area to hangout but perfect for small family.

The house was exactly as Darryl's portrayed. We would readily stay there again if the occasion arises.
