The room was like shown in the pictures. Away from the busy road but still everything in walking distance. Everything was clean and nice. We liked it a lot. For more privacy try to get a room on the 1st floor. Also if you’re a light sleeper than you probably hear less from above (like walking as the floor boards were a little creaky) All in all I definitely recommend and would book again :)

Absolute Empfehlung! Wir haben zwei Nächte im Black Bamboo verbracht. Gemütliches Zimmer, tolle offene Küche mit Wasser, Tee und Kaffee, schöner Pool. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und professionell, es gab alles, was das Herz begehrt. Check In einfach und super erklärt. Es gibt einen Wäscheservice und Regenschirme im Zimmer.

We had a perfect stay at Black Bamboo! The pool was amazing and so refreshing in the muggy weather. The wash and fold service was in redoble and a bonus! We loved cooking in the kitchen and met some awesome friends who stayed at the same time as us. Beds were firm but I found that was the norm across Costa Rica. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist toll, liegt fussläufig zu Bars und Restaurants und ist sehr sauber.
