A beautiful oasis close to everything! We really loved our time relaxing at the pool and hot tub each day. The rainfall shower was the best! We did not try the jetted tub in the second bathroom, and we did not use the outdoor kitchen, but it looked great. The kitchenette in the unit was great for breakfast/lunch/snacks, and we went out for dinner. The refrigerator was large enough for us. We would have liked an ice maker for our drinks and some insulated cups for the pool. Air conditioning worked well; also used the ceiling fans in the mornings with the windows open to hear the birds. The bedrooms were very large, with plenty of space for storage and sitting area. We stayed in the bedroom with lots of windows, which was lovely. Blackout curtains would have been nice, but I use a sleep mask and slept well. Very secure with keyless gated yard/parking and keypad door entry. Loved our stay! Will stay again next time. My wife and I and a colleague stayed at Pecan St Villa for work. upon arrival, Steve was very friendly and helpful. We were a bit taken aback that it was the area above the garage that we would be in, but once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. It was spacious, comfortable, nicely thought out, and done. The bedrooms were large, and the king-sized beds were so comfy. We didn't get to use the pool or outdoor area, but man I wish we had. It's so nice and peaceful. The only thing I missed was a stove. If we wanted to cook, it had to be outside, and it was just way too hot. We would definitely rebook if in the area.

Perfect location and the space is just ideal for two couples. Only issue was the WiFi did not work. Hosts were kind and accommodating. Don’t hesitate to book- it’s fabulous!

We stayed here for a girls trip weekend and this place was perfect for the 3 of us! We absolutely loved the pool! The scenery is beautiful and peaceful. We didn’t need anything from the host and only saw her once while at the pool as she walked to her car. She was friendly, but gave us our space. There was some concern about how private the place is. There is not a lot of visibility between the main house and the pool area so it does feel very private. Main house is located far enough away from guest house. We are so glad we stayed here and would go back again!
