The host changed our accommodation few days prior to moving in saying there is renovation work going on at the property.Upon asking to share d pics he shared some pics of the common area which looked ok but didn’t share the bedroom and washroom pics saying a guest from US is staying there. We insisted for the address and he didn’t share until the day we had to move in. Upon visiting the new place, it was horrible with no amenities at all. The place is very unhygienic, not suitable for humans.The washroom is dirty with no geyser, broken taps & you need to put yourself at risk by using a heating rod to heat water. The host also said that you need to store water in buckets early in the morning as there is no water in the evenings. Kitchen has missing accessories and you can’t cook anything except make a cup of tea. The mattress is so hard as if you are sleeping on a road. After we refused to stay there, the host asked us to vacate the place asap and didn’t allow us to find an alternative.

Mohammed was a very friendly and helpful host and the complex around the apartment had excellent facilities. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay, with lots of things to do.

The host was helpful. He provided us with late night check-in around 1 am and even allowed late evening checkout. The complex is located in a peaceful area. If you are a sports person you will make the best use of amenities. And society is secured and no issues are faced as such during our stay. Airtel network is reachable and good compared to voda or jio. Nearest metro station is approx 5 km and nearest mall is at approx 10 kms. Just a bit unfortunate to face frequent power cutoffs bcoz of planned city power work by corporation. Overall the stay was good.
