Kim was a great host! We had a small team come from out of town to complete an interior renovation at a commercial property in Buckhead so it was important for us to find something within a short distance of where they would be working. Our schedule got pushed out a bit further than originally anticipated because we were asked to do more work while on-site, so we had to get permission to extend our stay with Kim. She responded very quickly which made our lives easier by not having to look for other lodging options! Kim's place was very nice! It was very cozy with a modern feel. We loved the kitchen (and that our crew could cook their meals)! The location was great, very easy to get to other places in the city. I would recommend this listing to anyone.

This was the perfect location and size for my family to stay in for my wedding weekend. It was amazing and fit our needs!

The posted photos are not accurate to the home I encountered. Review limited to 1000 words, so bullet points Outside, The house looked like it was abandoned, no grass or landscaping Only 3 mugs and 2 drinking glasses for a home that sleeps up to 12 people. Bathrooms had no soap, shampoo, etc. Rooms had some non working outlets, charging done in kitchen. 2 giant frying pans and 2 "spaghetti pots" Low hanging light fixtures (Head banging level) No mattress Covers Stained mattresses thin , pilled sheets, not great at $700 night very thin comforters 1 blanket in house for 12 guests Mildew on shower curtain(s) "Paper" heating ducts hanging below ceiling level in basement "bedroom" with no door, window, closet. Cold in basement area, outlets not working Living room fixture with exposed wires Door knob falling off door Kim sent over some paper cups, soap shampoo after she was notified. A set of glasses came 2 days later. It could be a great place, just overdue for maintenance

Wonderful place! Kim was terrific. Very responsive and helpful. Home wav very walkable to Chastain Park and local restaurants in the Buckhead area. We had a wonderful time!
