100% recommend this place! Stayed here for our family of 3’s Disney Trip (30 min away). Absolutely loved the location because it was far from downtown LA (horrible traffic there!) and it was peaceful, nice neighborhood, and so many restaurants around. I’ve never stayed in Rowland Heights before but if we come back to CA, we would book here again. Our first experience in an LA airbnb wasn’t good but this made us want to come back. The place itself was nice & cozy- felt right at home. We didn’t need a kitchen because we eat out but we were able to take our leftovers home, since there was a fridge and microwave. Place is clean. He provided towels, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, etc.We bought our own stuff but it was nice to have that available. He had a visitors guide on the table with rules and recommendations to places- so professional :) Even though it’s connected to the house, we had no problems with sound. Great host, no problems at all!

We had a great time staying at Alex's place. Same as the pictures, very clean and a great location with a designated parking spot which was a super plus. Host was great at communicating. Highly recommended!

Alex's space was very easy to find. The room is small - we only stayed there to eat breakfast and sleep for the night - but it was a bargain. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. I had two kids with me, age 3 and age 5, and this space was the perfect place for us to crash at nights after our adventures in So Cal. Note - There is no kitchen but the fridge and microwave come in handy. We didn't eat anything other than cereal here so the fact there was no kitchen sink for washing dishes wasn't a problem.
