Señora Vicentina and her family are wonderful hosts! They are passionate about making their guests feel right at home. The room was clean and cozy, the shower was very hot, and the view of the lake from the common area was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious every morning. They also provided us with hot water for tea and heating pads (in the form of hot water in a soft bag) each night. The apartment is just a few minutes away from the main square by taxi, which only costs about 10 soles (just make sure you take a real car, because the mototaxis can’t make it up the steep hill to the house). This is the best place to stay in Puno! Gracias Señora!

Der Aufenthal hat uns sehr gefallen, unser Zimmer war sehr gemütlich eingerichter, inkl. eigenes Bad, Fernseher und genügend decken für die kälteren Monate. Da das Appartement ungeheizt ist, hat uns Vicentina zusäzlich noch Wärmeflaschen bereitgelegt. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, jeden morgen etwas spezielles zum probieren wie Quinoa, frische Säfte oder sonstige peruanische Spezalitäten. Zu Vicentina und ihrer famile lässt sich nur postivies sagen, wir fühlten uns sehr wohlt, sie hat uns wie gute Freunde behandelt. Check-in/out unkompliziert inkl Abholung und Transport zum Busterminal, sogar um 04.30 a.m. Das Apartement ist für uns gut gelegen, etwas abseits vom Tourismuszentrum bei der Univeristät. Dies bringt den Vorteil das wir umgeben von qualitativ hochwertigen, einheimischen Restaurants und Minimärkten waren, entfernt vom überteuerten Tourismus. Für uns war dies passend. Die Zufahrt ist etwas steil, aber gut machbar, auch zu Fuss.

We had the best time ever despite a very complicated situation (Covid 19 country state of emergency). Vicentina and her family welcomed us as their own and we could not be more grateful for the help they gave us and amazing time we had with them. The unit is perfect with a goregous view of the lake and is sparkling clean. We had the whole apartment to ourself with a huge kitchen fully equipped and top modern animities. Internet is good, bed is confrotable, hot shower, TV with cable and Netflix and nice garden. On top of that we spent the best time with Vicentina, cooking and learning about Peruvian culture, practicing our Spanish and learning a bit of Quechua, playing games and learning how to knit. It was one of the best experience of our travel and we can't thank Vicentina and her family enough for such an amazing stay. Best place in town to stay, goregous view and amazing people, will definitely recommend and will come back.

Vicentina es una excelente anfitriona! Su servicio es 10/10, siempre esta atenta a cualquier duda, es muy amable, y hospitalaria. El hospedaje supero nuestras expectativas. Mi novio estuvo con mal de altura y Vicentina fue tan amable de prepararnos una reconfortante dieta de pollo. No duden en reservar!😊
