This beautiful century-old heritage Victorian building is located in the heart of Hawthorn’s best entertainment and education. Located moments from Auburn Village and 3 minutes walk to Auburn Train Station (15 minutes directly to the CBD), 10 minutes walk to Glenferrie Road’s bustling strip of cafés, restaurants and shopping. The whole building were newly renovated! Each room was set individually like serviced-apartment. You don’t need to share anything with others except kitchen and laundry. This room is downstairs, it has its own separate toilet and bathroom. There is no need to share it with others. Unique password door locks provide very good privacy. There are two common kitchens upstairs and downstairs, as well as a washing machine and dryer each floor for everyone to use. And please note, the TV has no antenna channels, but it’s a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube on.
