L’hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter Miami et proche du métro . Le quartier est assez pauvre mais nous nous y sentons en sécurité Le personnel est au petit soin, ils sont très gentils et toujours disponibles Un petit déjeuner est proposé composé de café, yaourts, petits gâteaux et fruits. Le seul point négatif est le manque de propreté dans la chambre mais aussi sur la terrasse . C’est vraiment un super endroit mais on ne se sent pas très bien dans la chambre car tout est poussiéreux et sale. C’est dommage qu’il n’y a pas d’efforts sur le ménage

Had a great night before my cruise to the staff was upbeat recommend me to different restaurants it had a lovey jazz feel I just wish I could have a picked the room I wanted and another thing getting food after s certain time was the only issue I had.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows very comfortable - in the morning I even checked to see what the pillows were and ordered some online! While there are not a ton of restaurants right nearby, there are a few excellent ones. In any case most visitors are going to other areas of Miami for beach or otherwise. Still, I would say to not pass up on the local dining and entertainment. Highly recommended!

Skip this place. There were homeless people hanging out next door at the park. I couldn’t close the window properly so we heard everything from the outside. The lobby smelled. Guy working the front counter was extremely nice. Skip this place, spend the extra money and stay somewhere nicer

Location was close the conference I was attending, the hotel was beautifully decorated, and the staff incredibly kind.
