Sarah Jane and Mark made us welcome from the very start. They are wonderful hosts, and we enjoyed inspirational conversations and delicious breakfasts in their beautiful home. Many thoughtful touches - the toiletries, selection of teas in the room, the offer of a hot water bottle - made us feel comfortable and at home. Their recommendations for exploring St Leonards and Hastings Old Town led us to discover interesting neighbourhoods and great places to eat. This visit to Hastings felt far too short - we were very sorry to leave, and very much hope to visit again soon.

I had such a lovely stay, Sarah was very communicative before I arrived and when I got there I met Sarah’s husband Mark and he was a great host, very warm and welcoming, he really made me feel at home. The house is beautiful and full of art, loved it Thankyou so much for having me!

Really enjoyed the stay at Sarah’s house. The location is great with the railway station, the beach and fancy restaurants in a few steps walk. I couldn’t imagine how gorgeous the house would be until I arrived there. It’s like a gallery. There were beautiful paintings and handcrafts everywhere I could see, which is very impressive. Our bedroom was quiet and clean and everything was in good condition. They provided us yogurt and croissants for breakfast, served in exquisite tableware. Sarah and Mark are a lovely couple. They are friendly to everyone including our little dog. And they are interesting people to talk with. Thank you so much for having us and gave us such a fantastic experience. Hope to be back soon!

This was just perfect! The photos were what drew me to book and the space didn't disappoint. But we had no idea the hosts would be so fabulous - interesting and friendly. A wonderful breakfast (lovely fresh produce, proper coffee) and a comfortable, vibrant room! Delightfull.

We really enjoyed our stay. Sarah Jane and Mark were perfect hosts. Beautiful house with loads of amazing art and lovely touches everywhere. Breakfast was very enjoyable and the great chat was the icing on the cake. We’d love to return and would highly recommend.
