Incredible place to stay! William and Carol were extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. The backyard is beautiful, felt safe the whole stay, and had everything that we needed. Felt right at home.

Carol and William were great hosts. Carol went out of her way to welcome us as we came in late in the evening. Unlike any other airbnb I have been to, Carol provided very generous breakfast supplies. Eggs, milk, croissants, muffins, fruit, juice and bacon x 2!! She was very kind to suggest to top it up but for us it was enough for our stay. Carol was always responsive in any queries we had. It was a perfect location as our son was playing in the Easter rugby festival at St Dunstan's and the fact that we could walk to the grounds was an added bonus. Thank you to William and Carol for a restful stay.

I highly recommend this B&B . The attention to detail was exceptional. From bacon and cheese in.the fridge to coffee and croissant for breakfast. They were the most gracious hosts we have ever had. This was not just a B&B this was a piece of paradise. The garden is so beautiful with local birdlife. I highly recommend this pease of heaven to everyone. They would definitely see us again.
