A clean, peaceful, and comfortable place that felt like typical Tobago home, and a great base for my activity packed week. I felt safe and comfortable. In addition to the air-conditioning in the bedroom, there was an awesome breeze through the apartment when the back gate and front windows were open. The bedroom had ample storage, and the kitchen had all I needed. The couple was friendly, bringing fresh linens and sharing fruit from the garden. They were available but never bothered me. I have recommended the place to family & friends. I would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my time at Philip’s place. It’s quiet but still very close to the beaches and night life. It was clean and very comfortable. A great experience overall.

Pros: - Super clean - Great location - AC (only in bedroom) - Easy code entry - washer and dryer Cons: - Constant barking/crying dogs throughout the night from a neighbor - unsightly construction next to the property and on the property - Really hot in the living room, especially with the sun facing those windows. - Must bring your own washcloths

I am happy to have stayed there will I do it again maybe not but with a bit of improvement it can be a great location.
