Thanks to Frans we had amazing vacation this year. Quite and private to the level we needed. The house was beyond expectations and the communication with Frans excellent. We felt 100% at home since the property offers everything we needed and more. We recommend Villa Serendipity 100% and Frans is one of the best hosts I have ever met. We will re book and go back again and again.

Great location only 6mins drive to Porto Heli, 5 mins to close the virgin beach. The house is actually better than the pics! The pics on the post do not do justice, the place is a dream! It is very peaceful, and quiet, with stunning sea views, we loved to do BBQ in the outdoor kitchen. The pool is with salt water which we didn't know. Tips: Pack anti-mosquito spray and buy electric plugs for the rooms. You definitely need a rental car Take a water taxi to Spetses but go to the other little marina (not the main one) its incredible! There is a Lidl supermarket 15mins away but has good summer deals We hired a nanny/housekeeper to have the real "resort-type of vacation" with no house-chores to do (found her by posting it on various Porto Heli FB groups) There are other beaches nearby with umbrellas, sunbeds and bars for 6 euros each (Salty beach) We loved going to Ermioni for dinners We rented a day boat and it was amazing!

We had a great week att Frans’ villa. His place met all of our expectations. The pool area with the sunbeds and lounge area (the garden overall) was the perfect place for a relaxing stay. Frans was a great host who was easy to communicate with. Fast respondings. There is lots of things acessible in his house, such as washing machine, hair dryer, bed sheets and towels. Beneficial to have a car. There is alot to explore in the nearby surroundings.
