We stayed as 3 couples in Villa Lily Rose for 2 weeks. Derek is a helpful and responsive host, met us on arrival, quickly resolved a couple of minor niggles. Very willing to be flexible on check in/out timings including accomodating a significant delay to our departure. This villa is not quite as described, only having 1 bedroom with balcony not 2 & only 3 bedrooms with en-suite not 4. We found the external maintenance a little intrusive, one guy even climbed over the fence with cigarette in hand to join others in the corner of the garden just behind where we were sat having lunch; grass left to get very long before being cut. Middle floor balcony is very large with a beautiful view of Babadag mountain so it’s a shame the only furniture on it is an egg chair as it is a lovely spot for breakfast and morning cuppa. This said the villa is very spacious and in a lovely spot, far enough from town to be quiet and close enough to be convenient. Good value, would recommend. Thanks Derek.

We had a great vacation at Derek's place, the area is beautiful and scenic, even better than on photos. Villa was as advertised, with great pool and plenty of space for children to play! Derek is a great host, very responsive and attentive to guests' needs. Thank you very much Derek!

Idealic place, location was perfect, taxi buttons all along the road ; they are then within minutes and around 40-80lira into town. Derek was so helpful and friendly! On the listing it says it facilitates for 10 , however there were masses of space. Would definitely go back, villa and views were incredible, the pictures didn’t do it justice! Way beyond our expectations and can’t wait for next time! Thankyou derek!

Villa was a bit away from the main town (20-25 mins walk). However taxis were easily accessible by the yellow taxi button close by. We decided not to hire a car and this wasn’t an issue. Villa had everything you needed and if anything lacked Derek responded very quickly. Pool area was lovely, plenty of sun beds and seating area. Pool was a little chilly whilst we were there so only went in a couple of times, but during hotter weather it would be wonderful. Would definitely recommend Green Heaven villas and have no hesitation in returning in the future. Derek was very friendly, helpful and informative.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Derek ist ein sehr zuferlässiger und freundlicher Gastgeber. Die kinder hatten sehr spass im pool und die Villa ist ein Traum.
