Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Petit chemin sinueux pour se rendre, un peu excentré de Pollença, mais la ville reste facilement accessible. Nous avons dûs redemander des choses de bases (savon vaisselle, sacs de poubelle, linges à vaisselle) mais ils nous ont répondu rapidement lorsque je leur ai écrit. Beau séjour!

We had a great stay. Superb location (although the pin on Airbnb email was incorrect and left us 15 mins away!). We had issues with aircon leaking, both upstairs and down. We couldn’t use it in the bedrooms for a couple of nights which was unpleasant. As other guests have mentioned wi-fi is intermittent and shower power is variable. But all in all we had a great family holiday.

The accommodation and facilities were great and what we expected. The location was stunning. The bedrooms were large and air conditioned and beautiful..It was a fabulous spot to relax and explore the northern part of the island. We did have some teething problems but minor in the scheme of things The internet was patchy but with some basic turning off and on it improved and they did send someone out. The electrics do trip if everyone is taking a shower and you are cooking and using everything at the same time but then I guess my house would do the same…and easily remedied with resetting the switch…it’s an old modernised to a high standard Villa…The Villa is in beautiful countryside next to a farm where they have dogs kept outside and a donkey… these sometimes are noisy at night… especially if you are not used to such noises…so take some earplugs if the sounds of nature would keep you awake. All these are minor things as it’s a fab place to to take a large extended family to have a relaxing holiday and I would definitely try to use it again…

I totally recommend this villa. Perfectly located like 5min drive away from Pollença village where you can find all the facilities needed (wine/liquor shops, local market, LIDL, gas station, etc). The house itself is perfectly well thought, with individual bathrooms (4 inside + 1 outside by the pool and super convenient). Rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and overviews the pool and the garden. Parking slot for 2/3 cars, local farm right by the house so you wake up with the sound of the animals. During our stay a house cleaning lady came to refresh rooms and bathrooms and to bring new towels. There’s an exterior fridge, very convenient, by the bbq (though the door is needed to be fixed). Also you can find a laundry room very convenient for a long stay. We were a party of 10 people and the house is clearly big enough and rooms well isolated. Amazing beaches are like 20min drive away from the villa - and not to worry about the cleanliness of the pool which is visited and cleaned several times during the stay by the staff. Well we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit mit Freunden in dem Haus. Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr schön. Morgens wird man von Tiergeräuschen geweckt (Hahn, Hunde, Esel). Wir fanden es nicht schlimm. Es passt zum Charme des Hauses. Man kann direkt vom Haus eine Wanderung machen oder mit dem Auto schnell in die Stadt oder zum Strand fahren (Sehr empfehlenswert ist Platya de Formentor, ca 20 Minuten entfernt, hier sollte man aber Verpflegung mitnehmen, da es vor Ort sehr teuer ist) Es war alles sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Da vor uns keiner im Haus war, durften wir auch schon eher rein. Am letzten Abend gab es plötzlich kein Wasser mehr im gesamten Haus. Wir konnten trotz später Stunde jemanden erreichen und am nächsten Tag morgens sollte der Klempner kommen. (Da waren wir jedoch schon weg). Der Pool war sehr schön und es kam 2x jemand zum reinigen. Leider waren die Sonnenschirme am Pool weggeschlossen und ein paar Auflagen waren gerissen. Die Küche war nicht so gut ausgestattet Es fehlten z. b. Isolierkannen, Salatschüsseln etc. Die Schlafzimmer waren gut und die Betten bequem. Es gab allerdings keine Möglichkeit die Türen abzuschließen...auch nicht in den Bädern. Der angegebene Föhn war leider nicht vorhanden. Eine Musikanlage wäre wünschenswert gewesen. zum Glück hatten wir eine Box mit. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und würden das Haus auch nochmal buchen.
