appartement spacieux, agréable à vivre ,à quelques minutes de marche du centre et des commerces. Hôte sympathique ,accueil prévenant, équipement suffisant .

Max is very friendly and was great at communicating with us. He met us at the property and showed us around. The location is great for skiing, and the apartment has a cellar where we could leave our gear overnight. The flat is quite dated and some parts could have been cleaner (animal hair, some dirty cutlery, dust here and there etc.). The dishwasher and washing machine were quite old and we had some trouble working then, but they did the job in the end. The living space is large and great for socialising. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed to cook for a large group. The bedrooms were fine, although the third bedroom is better for children, not adults, as the beds are quite small. Overall, a good place to stay. It could do with a few touch ups here and there, but was generally very comfortable and at a very good price!

We were a party of six, with countless Airbnb rentals and two of us being hosts themselves. This is by far the worst Airbnb experience any of us ever had. We arrived in the evening after a long flight and drive to Sestriere, and were greeted by an apartment that seemed like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Clumps of hair and toothpaste stains in the bathrooms, upside down kitchen with a horrible smell and trash from previous guests, clogged sink and absolutely disgusting, unclean floors and showers. We immediately contacted the host about these issues, and after saying he had "no words" about the condition of the apartment, promised he would contact his cleaning crew in the morning. After he didn't say anything the following morning, we contacted him in the afternoon and still got no answers from him (although he read the message). We told him in the evening that we are not sure why he's not answering us and we are requesting an early checkout (and of course to pay for the days we are in the apartment). He sent us a message that his cleaning crew bailed on him, and gave us no other solution. We again asked for an early checkout seeing as he is not providing us any solution to this situation. After again not answering us for the whole day, we told him we would contact Airbnb and he took that as a threat, telling us he would refund us 50% of the remaining days, which we could get without him (even though he is literally ghosting us and dragging us around, so much for one hour response time). We did eventually get a response from Airbnb basically telling us we are totally justified for asking for a refund, but because we contacted them too late, they will not be able to refund us (they did refund the cleaning fee immediately). So I guess it's our fault for giving the host the benefit of the doubt to take care of a simple problem (though extreme in this case) of an apartment cleanliness. The host totally failed in even trying to make our stay a pleasent one. Stay far, far away from this one. P.s one of the bedrooms is just not suitable for adults (and maybe not even kids) One of the beds has a broken frame and the other sinks in the middle. The last thing you want when going for a ski vacation is a sore back from an uncomfortable bed.

Appartement très bien situé, le garage est un plus surtout quand vous arrivez sous la neige. Spacieux, deux salles de bains. parfait pour un séjour avec une grande famille ou entre amis.
