The space that we have is a studio apartment and has most of the basic amenities required for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Mysore city close to Chamundi Hill and Lalitha Mahal Palace, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. If you are someone who enjoys a morning walk, just 2 km away is a scenic and quiet park (KC Layout) close to the helipad, or MG road towards Radisson Blu. (Please read the house rules or house manual) Our house is a 2 storey building with the Airbnb studio apartment on the 2nd floor. The space on the porch or the terrace area can be used for reading. The furniture in the space can be utilised for dining, playing board games, reading or for using the laptop. A high speed internet connection is available 24hrs for those who want to work from home with a speed of up to 75mbps and is dedicated only for the guest and not shared. An inverter is also available in case there is a power outage. There is also an Aqua Guard water purifier for drinking water.

If you are visiting mysore then this is a great place to stay. It’s located in a peaceful area.Sudarshan was always responsive and just 1 message away.
This place was great. Clean, extremely comfortable and in a very peaceful locality. Highly recommend staying here, great place and an even better host. Sudarshan was proactive, communicated really well and was extremely friendly. Would love to visit again!
It was a great experience all in all staying at sudharshan's place.... He is an particularly fine host who extends for anything to make experience nice for his guests.... He allowed early check in my scenario...eventually i didnt avail that...but he was open for it....The place was pristine and well kept...gave the perfect home vibes He made sire that check in went smoothly and also gave the instructions clearly.... I have been to plenty of properties but none is comparable to this one as thos place private abode....and the host is learned person and is timely available for intervention if required...otherwise i have seen snobby hosts as well but he is a jolly good fellow.... I truly recommend his place for all who r visiting mysore and require a peaceful environment as the place is quite and in residential area....ps- ut has a nice park nearby.... Sudarshan was a very kind, proactive and communicative host. He was extremely articulate about the check in and check out procedure and kept checking on us to know if we were facing any troubles. Coming to the property itself, the neighborhood is quiet and private, with beautiful gardens as far as the eyes can see. All the amenities were provided as listed and the cleanliness was on par. I would definitely love to stay with him again if I ever happen to come back to Mysuru.
