Great place to stay in Manchester. Melody was the perfect host for the perfect vacation.

Melody and Laurence were fantastic hosts very friendly and accommodating and excellent communication. We didn’t realise when we booked that we’d be staying in a place which was partly a garage with no windows , saying that it could be made beautiful with some decorating and maintenance, the place was very clean but it’s desperate for some work done on it The sofa was stained , marks on the walls , shower had mould all over ,bed was comfy and clean and it was ok for an overnight stay. Parking outside was great and it it private but we were disturbed early the next morning as the hosts are directly above . Iv tried to be honest as I can just so maybe things can be put right with this place as it’s a shame because it could be made lovely. Thanks again to Melody and Laurence.

Melody and Lawrence were great ni hosts they communicated very well with us, nothing was ever any trouble for them. We enjoyed our stay in Manchester at their place and would stay again. Thank you x

As per all of the other reviews, I found snacks, wine, tea, coffee, sugar and lots more when I arrived. I personally would not use any open jars of food or anything but there were partially used items in the kitchen. The only ventilation in the bedroom is the french doors but I was advised not to open them so couldn't have any fresh air at night. The lounge was a bit dark due to there being no windows, it clearly used to be the garage. With a fire door on this room, if there were any fires (especially starting in the kitchen) I am unsure if you would be able to escape that room which seems like a safety hazard to me. There were some of maintenance issues. The inside handle of the door into the AIRBNB had screws missing. There has clearly been a leak in the bathroom, the paint near the shower was brown and bubbled. The tiles could do with being replaced. Being on the bottom floor of the hosts home, I could hear a lot of noise and voices from upstairs, especially late at night
