Everything was very clean and beautiful ! Made for a great weekend!! Great location easy access to the beach and pool area. Will definitely stay here again.

The good the bad and the ugly. Let’s start with the bad and the ugly because it really took us by surprise: This place smells like an old motel room where they still allow smoking. The entire condo smelled like stale smoke. It was nauseating. It literally hits you like a slap in the face as soon as you walk in from outside. We got home and had to rewash all of our clothes and our luggage because of the smoke smell! I’m not exaggerating with how bad it was. We reached out and asked for assistance with this and got none. Additionally, the bathroom on the second floor smelled like raw sewage was drifting up from the shower drain. The bathroom on the very bottom floor had a huge black hair all just hanging out in the shower. The comforters were stained and the pillows on the couch had chocolate or some other sticky substance on them. The cutlery drawer had hairs in it. (Yuck) There aren’t many amenities but the reviews were clear on that. If you’re staying more than a night or two bring toilet paper, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels- all of the things they provide are like you would get for one night in a hotel room. The good: The best thing here is the location. It’s really close to the beach. The golf cart was in good working order - although providing a 4 seater for a property that sleeps 9 is kind of cheeky. There’s a good coffee and gelato shop close by called coffee waves. The kids loved the pool even though at times it was pretty crowded. That’s it folks. If you’re a smoker this property is perfect for you. If you don’t smoke and have any sense of smell whatsoever you’ll be cursing this condo when your at home soaking everything you brought with you to get the stale cigarette smell out!

Overall condo is good. Beds are extremely comfortable. Location is great to the beach. We enjoyed the golf cart. However, if you plan to cook bring your own measuring cups and spoons. There was only one kitchen towel and no wash rags so bring those along with spices. Every bathroom only had two towels and wash cloths. We had to wash our own towels and washcloths since we stayed four nights. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. They only supply you with one roll (single ply tp and very cheap paper towels). I would still recommend the condo, but knowing these conditions ahead of time would have been nice.

Great location and close proximity to anything you’d need. Having the golf cart was an added bonus and made a lot of quick trips so easy. Having the pool with the slide is a great addition and fun thing to do when you don’t feel like packing everything up and going down to the beach. Can’t wait to stay here again

Bring extra towels and paper towels. They don’t provide Kleenex either so if you need that bring it.
