Beautiful space, and amazing balcony with gorgeous views. Everything is about a 15 minute walk, we were there when it was a bit chilly and rainy in Mid Feb. so bring a sweater and umbrella.

We stayed at this place for 10 days and celebrated New Year here. The house is beautiful, very well foreseen of all amenities, very light, and a magnificent view! It is very well located in the middle of a lot of surf locations, close to the village of Praia de Areia Branca which is really cute, with a nice promenade and a lot of bars and restaurants. The only thing I would recommend is to switch on the heating a couple days in advance in winter, as it took a while before it was comfortably warm. I would definitely love to come again in late spring, summer or early autumn so that we can use the pool.

Amazing property with tonnes of living space and spectacular views. The sunsets were amazing and it was great to be able to walk down to the beach and cafes/restaurants. The steep hill to get home may not suit some people, and the exposed position meant it was often extremely windy outside the house, but we felt this was worth it for the amazing views. Check in with Ana was easy to arrange and she was available for our questions. The house was very well equipped but Brits may wish to note there's no kettle or toaster! Overall we had a lovely week in this property and would happily recommend to others.
