Paul does a wonderful job at communicating and is always quick to respond with any questions. The condo is nicely located to walking trails and central to many restaurants, grocery stores, and activities. The condo is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The pool and hot tub is a great place to relax and is always quiet. The walking paths near by are a nice way to see South Mountain.
We had a great stay in Phoenix. Excellent location, so close to all the hiking trails on South Mountain, the airport and access to all parts of the Phoenix area. Paul and Cathy provided excellent communication and are great hosts. Would not hesitate to book again in the future
Paul's place was very nice. I enjoyed the patio and the bike trail behind the complex. The location is central and convenient. I would stay here again. Thanks!

The condo was quiet with a nice view of South Mountain, had a nice pool area with a heated pool and warm hot tub, friendly neighbors and close to walking pathways.
