Elizabeth offers such an amazing place to just relax and recharge. We really enjoyed the farm tour and learning all about the history. It really is a place you must stay at!

My partner and I stayed one night at Otter Creek on our 5 day Adirondack road trip. We kept it simple - watched cowboy tv and ate breakfast, lunch and dinner from the farm. It was a peaceful and replenishing 24 hrs. We definitely want to come back and stay a day or two longer. Would recommend to folks who are interested in regenerative farming and food sovereignty.

If u want a place to clear ur mind and just enjoy nature this is the place to go it is true living like the primitives did no elc. no running water n no working bathroom but we loved it and cant wait to go again wish we didnt have to leave but it was back to reality

This is my second stay at the farm in 2 months, this time with friends! I loved it so much I just had to share the experience. The tents are fully equipped with what you would need. And the farm is just beautiful, Elizabeth is a great host and I am so lucky I had another chance to stay before the cold season. We hope to visit next year!

This has been one of the best Airbnb stats I’ve ever had. Elizabeth is so kind and informative about the beautiful farm that her and Brad upkeep as well as all the animal welfare that is put into the care of each of their animals. We came for two days and we felt so at peace as well as having SO much space to adventure around. Being immersed in these beautiful rolling green hills was the perfect cap to our summer season into fall. So recommend staying here and getting the breakfast baskets. They are to die for!
