The property is modern and open plan, the perfect space to wind down at the end of a long day. Being so close to the City centre, it's easy to walk in and out throughout the day, and there are plenty of great cafes, pubs and restaurants near by. Having lived in Bath all our life, we have plenty of recommendations should you need any.

A friendly and quiet neighbourhood, just 12 minutes walk from Bath city centre.
There are great cafes, pubs and restaurants very local, as well as independent shops, museums and supermarkets.
Bath is a beautiful historic town with plenty of activities should you be visiting to explore the city.
Or, if you are here for work, the quite and peaceful area will be the perfect place for you to work from or commute from.
Being just 12 minutes walk from Bath city centre, we tend to get around on foot.
Should you need it, utilising the parking space provided and using a car is also a great way to explore the area.
There are also plenty of rentable e-scooters and bikes just meters from the property if those would be an easier and quicker way to explore the city.
Oldfield Park Station and Bath Spa Station are both very close and convenient to use.
