I could not recommend this place more! Jeff was an absolute pleasure as a host, was always accessible, and the model of communication in a host. This has to be the best Airbnb my group has ever stayed in. The rooms and common areas are gorgeous, the kitchen and amenities are top of the line, the pool is pristine, and the vibe is unlike anything. The set up outside is amazing - simple and quick access to the beach, the recreational area for cornhole and yard games, the amazing pool and recreational area behind the house, and grilling area were absolutely top notch. We rented both units and had the place to ourselves, so I would definitely recommend doing the same! From the start of the process to post stay, the entire process and communication has been seamless and a model for how this platform should work. Thank you Jeff & Gretchen for an amazing time and experience.

Absolutely superb property and hosts. You just know when you walk into an airbnb when it's done right and when it's not. This one is one is done beyond right. The property is spotless, spacious, and well equipped (we used it for a small company retreat). The location is ideal. Jeff and Gretchen at very helpful and communicative. There are many large houses in this area, so I hope it means something that I'd go back here in a heartbeat!

A gracious plenty of memories were made at this beautiful beachfront home. The location, the decor, the grand touches (the bedding, the room for our family to sprawl, the pool, the easy door system, the communication, the mood lighting, the spacious parking) were all perfect and bespoke relaxed elegance at the beach. Please review and let me know what I have missed. Sol de Mar — Luxury Beach Vacation I just spent 7 beautiful and restful days at Sol de Mar with my sisters and our adult daughters. We occupied Units A&B. The beach views from each unit are glorious. Having our personal pool and private entrance to the beach made it very special. The accommodations are, clean, tastefully decorated, very spacious and relaxing. Sol de Mar is worth experiencing and worth a repeat. My favorite was waking up in the master bedroom with a broad beach and ocean view. If you are into Viking appliances, they are icing on the cake. Jeff Casterella and his son Jack made sure we wanted for nothing.
