Richard and his wife are amazing hosts! We were well informed before our arrival on everything one might need to know about the stay at this place. On our arrival we were warmly welcomed and everything related to the house were explained with detail. The house was extremely nice and couzy. It is well maintained, decorated with Richard’s own art and located in a private courtyard, making it perfect for our longer stay. We had bikes at our disposal and got plenty of tips where to visit in Breda and near by cities. Strong recommendations!

I'm not exaggerating if I say that this is the best Airbnb in which I've ever been. It was just perfect! Everything was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was optimally furnished: I found even more than what I needed. The house is super cosy and comfortable, it's really well isolated so it is always warm inside and with all the woods it feels like being in a mountain hut. I had some peaceful nights of beautiful sleep too. The bed is adjustable so it's also good if you want to read before going to sleep. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped with all that is needed. There's also a little cosy terrace in the bedroom which face the beautiful garden in the courtryard of the house. I think it's difficult to express with words the utmost comfort and cosiness that I felt during my stay at Richard house, it really felt like being home. If you want to visit the beautiful Breda or if you need a place to stay during your working trip, just book without any hesitation, you will not regret it!

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was peaceful, quiet and the gardens were beautiful. It is nicely located near the centre of Breda. Richard and Helmie were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this home.

Super Airbnb! Een Tiny House in een prachtige tuin waar het heerlijk rustig is, maar binnen 10 minuten ben je middenin het centrum van Breda. Alles is schoon en nieuw en de eigenaren hebben ons zeer vriendelijk ontvangen! Zeker een aanrader als je op zoek bent naar een plek om te verblijven in Breda!

Richard and Helmie were very welcoming hosts.They were close by to answer any questions at any time. The pictures that were shown on their site were what drew me to this place. While in person, it exceeded my expectations. This free-standing townhouse has a unique, cozy quality. With it's 2 levels it provided my roommate and I personal space for us to move about. Kitchen was well equipped for us to make our own meals when we chose to stay in. All the best upgraded utilities and bedding. Likewise, the well-maintained garden and pond was a very peaceful outdoor space. This was a truly memorable place that has all the airs of it's Dutch surroundings. I am 70 yrs. old and I can say it is an EASY stroll to Breda's beautiful Town Center or a grocery store / laundry services. I definitely will consider this my "Home away from Home:" in the future.
