brilliant place to stay for work. The best nights sleep I have had in a very very long time. Great facilities and amazing living room area as well. Driveway easily fit 2 estate cars and never had any noise issues. worth staying here!!

Toast lettings have been very good at communicating and at trying to fix the many problems we encountered which included: main toilet broken so the whole family had to use the en suite Boiler broken so no hot water for the entire duration of our stay Toaster broken ( replaced next day) I feel overall the house needed a more thorough inspection and monitoring as apart from the major problem with the boiler there are many minor inconveniences in the property such as: Bedside lamps with no bulbs ( & no spare bulbs in the house) Tap over basin in en-suite not working properly Remote controls with no batteries Toaster broken Plug in main basin doesn’t work and plug hole needs drain cleaner The rubbish bins in the driveway are overflowing as if no one ever puts them out and the overflow box is also brimming Some of the garden chairs are broken The driveway and entrance steps covered in cigarette butts and hallway smelt of smoke
