Luca was an extremely helpful host. He provided us with detailed instructions and gave lots of great recommendations for food and drink in the area. The room is modern, clean and spacious and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend Luca’s place for a trip to Bologna!

Der Aufenthalt in Lucas Zimmer hat mir gut gefallen und war für meine Bedürfnisse ideal, was Zimmergrösse und Standort betraf. Besonders froh war ich, das Luca mir bei einem Problem mit der Türe innerhalb von wenigen Minuten geholfen hatte, weil er so schnell erreichbar war. Auch das ich wegen meiner Abfahrtszeit später auschecken konnte, war super nett. Das alles war ein toller Service, vielen Dank Luca!

A really great place to stay in Bologna - great location, an easy walk into the centre of town. A really comfy bed and lovely shower. Luca was an excellent host and answered questions really quickly, including about how to get to attractions outside of Bologna. We loved staying here and would recommend to anyone, and would love to come back soon!

My stay with Luca was very nice and I also had the pleasure of meeting him personally. The accommodation is centrally located and many great restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Luca is a very pleasant and friendly host who is always happy to give tips and is very open-minded. Any communication was quick and there was never a problem. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and I immediately felt very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable too, so I slept very well. I am already looking forward to coming back to Bologna and Luca’s place soon. I can fully recommend Luca and his accommodation - you will not regret it!
