We and a fabulous stay at their beautiful home!! Everything was as described in the listing and Rafael was so responsive to all of our messages! He even gave us amazing recommendations to some great restaurants around!! The location was perfect!! Very close to the beach, Espanol Way and lots of bars and restaurants around the area!! We're definitely going to be back!! Thanks so much Rafael!!!

Both the Room and the host were exactly what I hoped for. The Room: 5 Stars. Truly just like the pictures and no special photography is used to make it look different. They thought of everything to make the space convenient and comfortable. The condition, cleanliness and safety all had no issues. The Hosts: 5 Stars. Responsive and accommodating. They helped us with parking on the same day even though I should have provided advance notice. They shipped a blender to us using overnight express delivery. I never waited more than 1 hour for a reply. Various details show that these hosts are talented at Air Bnb, such as using white pots and pans so guests can see when they are clean, a wooden standing area in the shower because they know sand will get dragged in from the beach, a black towel for girls makeup, key code door locks, beach equipment and towels, and dark curtains on the windows. You can tell they have been doing this a long time and know how to run their business effectively.

A estadia no espaço de Rafael foi maravilhosa. Estava tudo limpo e organizado em nossa chegada. O apartamento é super aconchegante e Rafael responde super rápido a qualquer duvida. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente quando voltwr em Miami.

Lugar muy acogedor, cómodo y limpio, con detalles que marcan la diferencia. Amplio es como estar en casa 🏠. Recomendable, vale cada peso que cobra. Muy cerca de restaurantes, comercio, playa y transporte. barrio muy seguro. Volvería encantado.
