Great place to stay

Very spacious home for a large group. Good location. Everyone in our group felt the beds were comfortable too. The unfortunate part was that we walked in and it was very unclean. To the point where we had Heather come look and we didn’t unpack so her cleaning lady could come back and take care of it. Even after the second go around it was still not that clean but it was fine enough to stay. We stayed for one week and there is only a small trash bin outside that holds two or maybe three bags of trash and we had a group of six - Heather said her cleaning lady could hopefully stop by to pick up the full trash bin (no trash service in Ennis) but that never happened so the last 3 nights we brought our trash bags inside the house from the deck because we didn’t want animals getting to them. I will say Heather is a very kind person and she was very nice to come in person and apologize for the lack of cleanliness. She even gave us some of our fees back (her choice) which was generous.

Our group had a great time at the Sage House! Plenty of space for us and we enjoyed ourselves immensely!

Loved the house, was exactly as described. lots of bedroom space, centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Heather was very friendly and easy to work with. Kitchen is super well stocked. The deer poking her head around the corner of the house when we got back was a nice added bonus.
