This place has a breathtaking view of the village, the sea and the mountains. At a short walking distance you’ll find the charming city beach. Also at a 5 minute walk is the authentic, old village. The apartment (nr. 7) offers spaciousness and good airco. Alas, the sheets are made of polyester; material that doesn’t breathe and makes it hard to sleep. We asked for a change of sheets but the owner simply refused. Worse is the fact that the apartment is very noisy. We had karaoke singing (with a microphone!) from downstairs, hours of loud house music from guys next door, footsteps from upstairs and babies crying at night. The surroundings aren’t very quiet either. There are holiday apartments everywhere, generating a lot of traffic and noise such as singing groups in the middle of the night. The absolute low was a very loud rock concert at 3 am (!) on a Sunday night. After complaining we were offered a 40€ refund. So, if you want to sleep at night, don’t book this apartment.

Wir haben die Zeit im Appartement sehr genossen. Die Aussicht ist klasse und die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Zu Fuss ist man sehr schnell im Stadtzentrum und auch an zwei Stränden. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in Vrbnik sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Altstadt und über das Meer auf Crikvenica. Die Altstadt, der zentrale Parkplatz (bei Mare Tours), der Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt für das wichtigste waren fußläufig leicht zu erreichen. Bei geschickter Wegwahl war kaum eine steile Straße zu erklimmen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem gemischt genutzten (Einheimische Bewohner und Touristen) Mehrfamilienhaus und war sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung war nach unseren Kroatienerfahrungen sehr gut. Wenn etwas "hakte", half Mare Tours direkt und auch der Wohnungseigentümer bemühte sich schnell um Abhilfe. Das Bett in dieser Wohnung war klasse. Das erste in Kroatien, das nicht quietscht oder knarzt.

Really lovely apartment, excellent location and the private parking is great (and important) as the village has very limited parking space. The location was far enough away from the centre that it was quiet and peaceful but only 5 minutes walk to both the centre and the beach. The best part is the view from the balcony, spectacular! I would definitely recommend staying here and wish we could have stayed longer.
