House was beautiful and had everything we needed - linens, pool towels, even floats, fishing rods, spare sunscreen. House was great for two families with kids. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Outdoor kitchen with great grill and ice maker super useful. Spacious bedrooms were clean. Only downside was the proximity to a good beach - 1 hour… but the kids had a blast enjoying the pool. Tampa downtown and Busch Gardens were about 40 min away. Thanks for a great stay!

This was our 2nd stay at this gorgeous house. Lori made herself available to us at all times. It’s the most stunning location right on the bay. It is so peaceful and secure, that I actually slept outside on the couch! I hope to stay there every year.

10/10!!! We had an absolutely amazing stay. The house is grand and beautiful, and the back yard was the cherry on top. We loved waking up to enjoy the sunrise from the dock, as well as watching all the thunderstorms through the large windows. We were so surprised to see not only stingrays, but needlefish, cranes, frogs, and dolphins (5 adults and 2 babies were hanging out all week right next to the dock!), along with so many other species of wild life from the comfort of the back yard. Being animal lovers, this was a huge treat for all of us. There was plenty of space, towels, blankets, pillows, etc for the week & the gourmet kitchen was fully stocked, even with K-Cups and seasonings(we always have to buy seasonings because that is one thing that is usually overlooked by other hosts, so this was a bonus)! The breaker to the spa went out one day during our stay, but the host was quick to respond and have it repaired within the same day. While there were a few blankets that had a some dirty spots on them (the blankets in the living room were not fully clean), everything else was in tip-top shape, and there was enough extra blankets to use in place of the others. If we are ever back in Tampa, we will definitely look into renting this home again, and we will also be recommending it to anyone we know traveling to the area.

Beautiful and comfortable home with all the amenities one could need. Home was very clean and fully equipped. You can’t beat the million dollar view.
