Great apartment with good equipment in a convenient location. Close to the beach and very close to public transportation to go to Malaga. Considering it’s a Souterrain-Apartment, Ricardo did a great job making it a cosy place! Only downside is that you hear the planes from the airport. Excellent communication from Ricardo!

We have been going to that part of Southern Spain for many years and know it well, Ricardo has a beautiful place, it really is faultless, clean, beautifully furnished and Safe!! Ricardo and the way he operates suits us as a couple perfectly, there are plenty of manuals around the property instructing you on various places to go and see, I’ve been going to that area for 45 years now and Ricardo made entry ridiculously simple and straightforward, he didn’t pester us or demand meeting us, but we knew he was always a text on the app away. Ricardo, thank you, it was a lovely break, we will most certainly look to return and you’ve got a little gem there.

Makkelijk bereikbaar vanaf Malaga airport met de trein. Alles op loopafstand. Gezellige inrichting, alles aanwezig, goede instructies van Ricardo gekregen. Fijn verblijf!

we loved our stay at Ricardo's place. Really helpful communication and advice given before and during our 4 night stay. the apartment is comfortable and spacious with all the facilities and equipment you could need. the patio is pleasant and furnishings great. large fridge freezer, toaster, oven, coffee machine, kettle, spices, oil etc all provided. We were even given beer, water, chocolates and croissantson arrival which was a welcome surprise. parking is easy and right outside with plenty of spaces. Good location 2mins walk from train station and 10mins to beach via a makeshift path down the side of the adjacent hotel and under the train bypass. Quiet area but close enough for a 4min walk to supermarket, train to malaga only 20mins and 15mins to ample bars and restaurants. Also big enough for 3/4 people with a comfy sofa bed although the main bed is quite a small double.

J’ai passer un excellent séjour chez Ricardo, tout étais parfait de l’arrivée jusqu’au départ, la maison est très propre et moderne avec tout les équipements je recommande et je reviendrai sûrement.
